Introduction

The Sturt Plains flux station is located approximately 280km north of Tennant Creek, Northern Territory.

It was established in August 2008 and is managed by The University of Western Australia external link and Charles Darwin University external link.

The Sturt Plains flux station is part of the Australia Flux Tower network (OzFlux) and the international FLUXNET external link. This site contributes to the Australian Terrestrial Ecosystem Research Network TERN external link.
